The PDU-10 is a fully modular and multi-functional Power Distribution Unit that can be used stand-alone or as a distributed system using up to 5 units with a single overall calibration. Sophisticated self-detection allows each of up to 5 PDU-10s to recognise its position within the vehicle and communicate with the other devices providing powerful feedback control and additional sensing just where it’s needed.

The PDU-10 has 10 outputs which can be used as current controlled and protected High Side switches or as Low Side switches. One output has 34A continuous capability with 50A peak loads and the remaining 9 outputs are capable of 17A continuous and 34A peak load. The PDU-10 has 10 analogue inputs which can be used by the Life Racing ECU system for many sensors and additional measurements around the vehicle. Also, 4 high speed half bridge outputs are provided that can be used as 2 complete full bridges or separately as additional switch outputs.

All this hardware is packaged within a lightweight CNC billet aluminium case. Designed to be installed in the harshest of motorsport environments.
