  • Product Description

Volvo's turbocharged 850 T5 and T5R changed the perception of the Swedish brand in the 1990's and with their blend of reliability and big power, they still command a cult following today. This is why Owen Developments - Europe's leading high performance turbocharger specialist - has just launched an uprated MHI TD04 '19T' turbocharger for the Volvo 850 T5 / T5R.

This Turbocharger features the following -

Lightweight HTA Billet Aluminium Compressor Wheel with an advanced aerodynamic profile for unrivalled transient response and efficiency, anodized in red, blue, gun metal or silver (subject to availability)

  64mm Compressor Wheel Exducer

Turbine wheel is cast from Inconel 713 material for extreme applications

Turbine blades cut back for enhanced performance

Optional uprated Forge Actuator and Dump Valve available

This Turbocharger is available in Owen Developments M-Spec for motorsport applications

Owen's use of a 64mm HTA billet alloy compressor wheel produces the perfect blend of boost response and flow, allied to a superior reliability thanks to the uprated 360 degree thrust bearing.

As standard the Volvo 850 T5 produces 225bhp and the T5R model 250bhp, but the Owens MHI TD04 64HTA is the perfect 'bolt-on' unit that's capable of up to a sensational 375bhp in conjunction with other engine modifications.
