In House Manufacturing
The well-equipped machine and
fabrication workshops enable our
highly skilled staff to produce
complete assemblies or single
components for our turbocharger
applications, special tools and
performance products. Due to the
tolerances and surface finishes
required, the very latest CNC
turning and milling centres are
available for use in-house thus
ensuring total control over quality
and delivery times.
Examples of work carried out by
both departments are as follows:
Machine Shop
Turbine wheel and shafts, re-profiled
compressor wheels, thrust bearings,
turbine housing modifications,
shafts, bushes, restrictors, compressor
cover modifications and manifold
castings.
Fabrication Shop
Wastegate capsule brackets, levers,
ECU mounting and protection plates,
rods, small tube manipulation,
pressed parts, aluminium and steel
tig welding, gas flux brazing
and folded sheet steel.
